Wanda Jean Menard, 78, of the Birdell community passed away Saturday, December 19, 2020 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. 

She was born October 24, 1942 in Stokes to the late Rayburn and Adda Lewallen Harris. She was united in marriage to Jim Menard on December 22, 1962. Wanda was a homemaker and longtime member of Birdell Church of Christ. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Judy and Patsy Harris. 

Wanda is survived by her husband, Jim Menard; daughter, Cindi (John) Barber of Imboden; son, Shannon (Katrina) Menard of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Jordan (Rhonda) Barber of Pocahontas, Jessica (Jay) O’Rourke of Havelock, NC, Miranda (Michael) Littlejohn of Parkin, Lennox Menard, Hadassah Menard, and Weston Menard of Jonesboro; siblings, Sue Collins of McCrory, Frank (Diane) Harris of Holly Pond, Alabama, and Mickie (Joe) Rapert of Pocahontas; and many other relatives and friends. 

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 22, 2020 from 12-2 PM in the chapel of McNabb Funeral Home with a funeral service beginning at 2 PM with Joshua Dement officiating. Burial will follow in Old Union Cemetery.
