IBERIABANK, a division of First Horizon, is launching a community-wide challenge in Northeast Arkansas to benefit the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas. The 20/20 challenge begins on November 23 and will serve as a year-end campaign to help fill the local food pantry’s shelves in a critical time of the year.
The challenge will feature various levels for the community:
- Businesses: recruit 20 employees that will commit to filling a bag/box with canned goods or 20 employees to donate $20.20/each.
- Individuals: commit to filling a bag with at least 20 canned items and drop off at an IBKC
- Monetary donations: make a year-end donation of $200.
“One of the themes of our recent merger with First Horizon is ’Better Together ‘and I personally believe that this rings true for our Jonesboro community,” said Melissa McDaniel, Northeast Arkansas team lead at IBERIABANK. “We know our partners at the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas
have had a difficult year and so in true ‘Better Together’ spirit, we’re spearheading this challenge to bring our community together this holiday season.”
