Authorities announced a Jonesboro man was arrested on federal charges of producing child pornography.
According to a media release. A federal grand jury charged Justin Palmer, age 41 with two counts of production of child pornography and one count of attempted production.

Palmer was charged on Oct. 8th and arrested the next day. Palmer was arraigned Wednesday, Oct. 14th in Little Rock. The indictment states that Palmer attempted to get one minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct, and that he had already convinced two other minors to send him sexually explicit materials.

Palmer could face anywhere from 15 years to life in prison. The charges carry a fine of up to $250,000 and not less than five years of supervised release according to authorities.
