30 year old, Dustin Scott Clem was arrested in Independence County and charged with 2 counts of delivery of a controlled substance (Meth) after allegedly selling to undercover informants. He was also charged as a habitual offender and selling within 1000 feet of a church.
Clem has been arrested more than 20 times with charges ranging from domestic assault to possessing meth with purpose to deliver, absconder and multiple drug possession charges.
