Terry Dean Puckett, 39 of Imboden, died July 2, 2020 at his residence following a lengthy illness.
Born August 26, 1980 in Jonesboro; son of Terry Dewayne and Patricia Bice Puckett. He attended Sloan Hendrix School and worked at the Frit Factory in Walnut Ridge before his illness and was of the Baptist faith. Terry was an adrenaline junkie and a motorhead, he loved all kinds of Vehicles, camping and fishing.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, and a brother Terry Dewayne Puckett Jr.
Survivors include his parents, Terry and Patricia of the home; four children, Katelin Marie Westbrook, Emma Rose Shepard, Terry Ann and Billy Dewayne Puckett all of Imboden; four grandchildren, Sylus, Zepplin, Madelynn and Christopher; three sisters, Vickie (Greg) Puckett and Dianna (Chris) Griffin all of Imboden, and Paula (Seth) Griffin of Ravenden; several nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
A Memorial service will be announced later by the family.
Interment of his cremains will be located in the Herman Cemetery in Jonesboro.
