52 year old, Stephen Paul Blair of Mammoth Spring and 50 year old, Nancy Rae Willett of Gassville were arrested by Baxter County authorities and charged with manufacturing meth and possession of drug paraphernalia both felonies.
Stephen Paul Blair also had an outstanding warrant out of Fulton County. Blair has an extensive record including manufacturing charges.
Bond was set for the two at $15,000 each.
