Confirmed Cases of COVID-19 in Arkansas…..218
Pike, Hempstead , and Cross counties are added to the map.
Thus far there are two reported deaths in Arkansas related to COVID-19. One individual was in their 50’s and one was over 80 years old.
Governor Hutchison said that a 2nd allocation of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) has been received and he will continue to seek out more PPE for medical facilities.
The Governor repeated his earlier comments that he did not see the positive virus cases peaking in Arkansas until 6 to 8 weeks.
