43 year old Kenneth Hamm of Ravenden Springs is behind bars after an incident late Sunday night in Walnut Ridge. Hamm fled into foot from Walnut Ridge Police, after a short pursuit Hamm was arrested and charged with fleeing on foot, possession of a controlled substance (schedule 1/2) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Hamm has a lengthy criminal past with charges out of Lawrence, Sharp, Izard and Baxter counties. Walnut Ridge was assisted by Lawrence County Officers in the arrest.
