Former Arkansas Senator Linda Collins-Smith was found dead at her home this Tuesday evening.
According to sources the death is being investigated as a possible murder.
Randolph County Sheriff’s Department, Arkansas State police , Arkansas Game and Fish with their dogs are all at the scene.
Update…reports have stated that a badly decomposed wrapped in a blanket or tarp was found at the Pocahontas property and that neighbors heard gunshots days prior.
Smith, who was normally very active on social media accounts hadn’t posted on her twitter page since May 27th.
The former Arkansas Republican Senator represented District 19 and was first elected in 2014.
