Fugitive with warrants tazed and arrested

On Saturday afternoon shortly after 5:00 pm, Lawrence County dispatch received a 911 call reporting a male subject who was causing a disturbance at a residence on Lawrence 106 just outside of Ravenden. The caller told dispatchers that the suspect was Levi Bradley and also warned officers that he might be violent.

Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the residence and were assisted by the Arkansas State Police. Officers confirmed that Bradley had a warrant issued by the Arkansas Department of Corrections.
This was the second reported disturbance concerning Bradley in the past week, in the first incidence he’d left the area before deputies arrived.

As officers made contact with Bradley he refused to comply and became violent. At 5:15 pm officers reported that the suspect had been tazed, he continued to struggle as officers cuffed him and placed him under arrest in a patrol vehicle.

According to Sgt. Jamie White of Lawrence County sheriff’s criminal investigation division, Bradley was arrested for an outstanding warrant and was also charged with resisting arrest.
