On December 1st, 2018 the annual Black Rock Christmas Parade began at 4:00 pm. Leading the parade was the Black Rock Police Department “Rudolph” patrol The parade included a variety of floats including the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Dive Team , ATOD Coaltion of Lawrence County, State Representative Fran Cavenaugh, The Imboden Area Charter School, among others, also Mr. and Mrs. Foothills 2018, fire trucks from Lynn and Black Rock Fire Departments, Lawrence County Judge John Thomison and family, the Lawrence County Mounted Patrol, and of course Santa.
