The Black Rock Foothills will start on Friday November 2nd with the Democratic Women’s Ham and Bean Supper at the Black Rock Community Center. Saturday November 3rd, Opening Ceremony starts at 10:30. The 2018 Mr and Mrs Foothills will be announced during this time also. After the Opening Ceremony, there will be Clogging, Singing and all kinds of entertainment on the Main Stage. And yes, the rumor is true, the Male Beauty Contest is back.
There will be vendor booths of all sorts up and down Main St. Black Rock
The famous BBQ Cooking Contest will be going on plus Go Kart racing down on the track.
