At 9:28 pm on Sunday the Lawrence County Dispatch received a 911 call from a motorist that was behind a vehicle driving all over the road on Hwy 25 near Lake Charles. Deputies in the area were dispatched as the caller stayed on the line with the dispatcher. The vehicle in question exited the roadway and struck a highway sign before reentering the roadway and leaving at a high rate of speed.
 
After leaving the scene where the vehicle left the highway the vehicle turned around and headed back in the direction it came from before turning on Lawrence 264. The caller followed at a safe distance reporting the vehicle turned into a driveway about a mile off Hwy 25 on Lawrence 264.
 
Deputies soon arrived on scene at the residence where the vehicle was parked and made contact with the female driver. During the investigation with the driver identified as Morgan Stout of Cave City officers discovered several ounces of marijuana in prepackaged bags.
 
Morgan Stout, 21 of Cave City was arrested and charged with Possession and Intent to Distribute and was transported to the Lawrence County Detention Center. 
 
Dail’s Wrecker Service of Ravenden was dispatched to the scene and removed the vehicle.
