On June 4, 2018 investigators with the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office arrested Veronica Bradley, and 34 of Imboden, on three counts of forgery.  The arrest comes after a local business reported a female attempting to use a suspicious check to pay for items.  Investigators were able to confirm that the check in question belonged to a victim in a separate case and interviewed Bradley before placing her under arrest. Â
Bradley was taken before judge Adam Weeks on Wednesday and a bond of $7,500.00 was placed on her.
Bradley has a history of numerous prior forgery arrests.
