Swedish Butter Cookies

Swedish Butter Cookies recipes. Super easy to make and delicious!
1 Cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons maple syrup
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
powdered sugar to sprinkle over the top if desired.

Mix butter and sugar. Add syrup and mix well. Combine flour and baking soda. Gradually add into creamed mixture. Divide dough into 6 portions. Roll each portion into a 9-10 inch log. Place each log 4 inches apart on baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes or until slightly browned. Cut into slices and allow to cool. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
