Shortly after 1:00pm on Sunday, a concerned citizen reported two young males in the area of Lawrence 106 and 107 in Ravenden. Ravenden Police along with Lawrence County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the area to investigate. Â The two males hid from officers and attempted to avoid contact. Â A backpack belonging to the two individuals was discovered and found to be containing illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia.
After a short search of the area 19 year old Andrew Yun and a 17 year old minor (male) were discovered by officers. Â Both individuals were found to be on probation for prior criminal activities. Â Charges included delivery of controlled substance marijuana, possession of controlled substance with intent, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. The two males were transported to the Lawrence County Jail.
