The Arkansas State Police released the report on the fatal accident that took place on 4/5/2017 on highway 115 in Jesup.
The vehicle was traveling eastbound on Highway 115 in Jesup when it entered a curve, left the roadway and struck a tree.
The driver of the vehicle, 35 year old Stephanie Hubbard of Smithville was killed in the accident.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
