In a joint operation executed by the 3rd Judicial Drug Task Force, Walnut Ridge Police Department and the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office, Prosecuting Attorney Henry Boyce and the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigation Division announced that 65 grams of Meth, 2 Meth labs, firearms and drug paraphernalia was seized in a search of a residence in Walnut Ridge.

According to reports, suspects attempted to flush the drugs and paraphernalia down the toilet, part of the paraphernalia hung up in the toilet. Authorities discovered the attempt to dispose of the evidence and had the toilet removed, recovering drugs and paraphernalia.

Three suspects were arrested, Bobby Scott Glenn of Walnut Ridge was arrested for paraphernalia, manufacturing, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of firearms by certain persons, proximity to certain facilities and tampering with evidence. Brianna Askeland, 21 of Walnut Ridge was arrested for possession of meth with purpose of delivery, manufacturing, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, paraphernalia and proximity to certain facilities. Hunter Swindle, 19 of Jonesboro was arrested and charged with possession of meth with purpose of delivery, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearm, paraphernalia and proximity to certain facilities.

The three were taken to the Lawrence County Jail to await a bond hearing and court date.
