Beginner’s Crochet Workshop

Have you always admired your grandmother’s crocheted scarves, doilies, and afghans, but never thought you could recreate them? You can, and it’s easier than you might think. Join us to learn the basic stitches you’ll need to get started making handmade clothing, gifts, and household items. History Detectives Day Camp
July 7 – 9 9 am – 3 pm
Registration Fee: $75
Become a history detective this summer at Powhatan Historic State Park! Kids ages 7-12 are invited to explore the lives of 19th century children through living history demonstrations, hands-on activities, crafts, games, and much more.
