At 1:24 pm on Thursday the Lawrence County Dispatch Center received a 911 call reporting a three vehicle accident on Hwy 63 in front of Casa Lopez near the Kentucky Street intersection. The Imboden Volunteer Fire Department and AET Ambulance of Imboden were paged to respond to the scene. 

A Ravenden Firefighter in the area was first on scene and offered assistance reported that there was one injury in the accident. Imboden Firefighters arrived and assisted with getting traffic flowing while the injured was attended to by medics. Wreckers from Dail’s Wrecker Service of Ravenden and Winebaugh’s Wrecker Service of Pocahontas were called to the scene to remove two of the damaged vehicles. 

No reports on the extent of injuries, firefighters and wrecker services quickly removed the vehicles from the roadway, Hwy 63 was only closed for a few short minutes. The accident is being investigated by the Arkansas State Police.
