HIPPY Children and their parents enjoyed a Winter Festival for their December parent meeting at the Koinonia Christian Fellowship building in Imboden. Each child, with the help of their parents, crafted a snowman. Games centered around learning math and science and included: making snow from InstaSnow, discovering how animals stay warm in Winter, spinning the number wheel to see how many snowballs to pick up with tongs, and a most enjoyable pretend snowball fight with children versus parents. Each child got to climb through snow tunnels where they found igloo treasures and books. Edible snowmen and hot chocolate were enjoyed for snack, and pictures were posed in the Winter Wonderland as the theme from Frozen played in the background.
