According to reports, the Ravenden Volunteer Fire Department, AET Ambulance and Ravenden Police were dispatched to an accidental shooting on Sunday.
According to reports, two minors were target practicing target shooting when one was accidentally shot. The minor victim was rushed to St. Benards Medical Center before being transferred to Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital for treatment of injuries. The minor children were allegedly accompanied by the father while shooting 22 caliber rifles.
The minor injured is expected to make a full recovery. Names were not released, the investigation is still ongoing.
