Third Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney Henry Boyce announced today arrests made in the last 48 hours by agents with the Third Judicial Drug Task Force. Boyce is the director of the task force. Methamphetamine, hydrocodone pills, Adderall, and marijuana were confiscated during the round-up as well as numerous items of drug paraphernalia.
All arrests were made in Lawrence County with the assistance of the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department, Walnut Ridge Police Department and the Arkansas State Police.
Apprehended during the round-up:
1. Robert Willfond, 46, of Walnut Ridge. Willfond will be charged with three counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance: Methamphetamine, a Class C felony; Delivery of a Controlled Substance: Hydrocodone, a Class C felony; Delivery of a Controlled Substance: Marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor, three counts of Proximity to Certain Facilities, a sentence enhancement of ten years in prison per offense; two counts of Use of a Communication Device, a Class C felony.
2. Corey Willfond, 20, of Walnut Ridge. Corey Willfond will be charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance: Methamphetamine, a Class C felony; Delivery of a Controlled Substance: Adderall, a Class C felony; two counts of Proximity to Certain Facilities, a sentence enhancement of ten years in prison per offense; two counts of Use of a Communication Device, a Class C felony.
3. Christina Marie Ward, 41, of Hoxie. Ward will be charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance: Methamphetamine, a Class C felony; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class D felony.
4. Henry Ty Nelson, 42, of Walnut Ridge. Nelson will be charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance; Hydrocodone, a Class C felony; Proximity to Certain Facilities, a sentence enhancement of ten years in prison per offense; Use of a Communication Device, a Class C felony.
5. Bradley D. Harris, 30, of Lynn. Harris will be charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance: Methamphetamine, a Class C felony.
6. Jason Lester Callahan, 41, of Walnut Ridge. Callahan will be charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance: Methamphetamine, a Class C felony; Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to Deliver: Methamphetamine, a Class B felony; Possession of a Controlled Substance: Hydrocodone, a Class B felony, Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to Deliver: Hydrocodone, a Class B felony; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class D felony.
