On May 16, 2014 the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jeremy Robinette , age 26, of Walnut Ridge on charges of possession of a controlled substance (Rx drugs), delivery of a controlled substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The arrest comes after deputies received information that Robinette was dealing marijuana from his residence in Walnut Ridge. Deputies ran a check on Robinette and discovered he was on SIS and probation. Deputies went to the residence and conducted a search. Inside the residence the deputies found Rx drugs, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Robinette was questioned about the illegal drugs. Robinette told the deputies that he had been selling marijuana from his residence.
Robinette was placed under arrest and transported to the Lawrence County Jail to await a bond hearing.
Robinette’s probation officer was contacted and a probation hold was placed on him. The probation officer also drug tested Robinette and he tested positive for illegal drugs.
