Dale Brady of Lawrence 219 Imboden was arrested around 10:30 pm on Friday night by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies observed Brady leave an Imboden convenience store at a high rate of speed, he was eventually stopped near the motel in Imboden on Hwy 63.
Once stopped, authorities questioned the suspect and were granted consent to search the vehicle. The search turned up a glass pipe and between a 1/4 and 1/2 gram of Meth.
Dale Brady, age 37 was charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Meth, he is currently in the Lawrence County Jail awaiting a bond hearing.
