Five Arrested at an Imboden Residence by LCSO on Drug Charges

On January 04, 2014 the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on the residence of Mark Rutledge at Imboden.
Black Rock and Hoxie Police Departments assisted with the search warrant. A total of five people were arrested at the residence.

Arrested were Mark Rutledge (36) of Imboden, Ruston Phillips (31) of Cherokee Village, Joshue Godwin (24) of Ravenden, Jacinda Watts (27) of Greers Ferry and Jackie Fergeison (27) of Portia.

Inside the residence officers found meth, marijuana, items of drug paraphernalia for using drugs and for selling drugs. All five were arrested and transported to the Lawrence County Jail to await a bond hearing.

Charges include possession of controlled substance (meth), possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence.
