Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office Makes An Arrest for Radiator Theft

On November 09, 2013 the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office arrested William Holliman, age 35 of Black Rock for theft of property and criminal trespass.

The arrest came after deputies took a report from an automotive shop at Imboden. The owner of the shop reported that some radiators from cars being worked on there missing. The radiators were from cars that were easily identifiable and rare. An aluminum ladder was also missing.

A check of local salvage yards turned up the radiators. The shop owner was able to identify the radiators. A check of the salvage yards records showed that Holliman had sold the radiators.

The information gathered was presented to a Judge and a felony warrant was issued for Holliman.

Holliman was arrested without incident and transported to the Lawrence County Jail to await a bond hearing.
