At 3:09 am on July 4th, the Lawrence County Dispatch received a 911 call reporting a camper trailer at the Rone Valley Park on Hwy 63 north of Ravenden. Dispatchers paged the Ravenden Volunteer Fire Department to the scene.
At 3:15 am Ravenden responded with it’s Engine 1 and Engine 2 to the scene along with several firefighters. Ravenden was on scene at 3:18 am.
The fire department was on scene until 3:36 am, the cause of the fire is unknown, there were no injuries reported.
