At 1:18 pm on Thursday the Imboden Volunteer Fire Department was paged by the Lawrence County Dispatch to 121 Lawrence 224 after a 911 call was received stating a trailer and lawnmower had flipped on a victim at that residence.

The victim was complaining of difficulty breathing as firemen and medical personnel responded to the scene. A medical helicopter was deployed at 1:28 pm at the request of Medic One Ambulance to respond to the Annieville area if needed from Hospital Wing. A Lawrence County Deputy responded to assist with setting up a landing zone along with the Arkansas State Police.

After firemen arrived and assessed the victim, the medical helicopter was cancelled at 1:35 pm. The ambulance continued to the scene to transport the victim to a local hospital for treatment.
