(Walnut Ridge, Ark.) – Approximately 100 graduates will receive their diplomas when Williams Baptist College holds its baccalaureate and commencement exercises on Saturday, May 4. The ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. in WBC’s Southerland-Mabee Center. The speaker will be Dr. Gary Hollingsworth of ImmanuelBaptist Church in Little Rock. Hollingsworth will also be honored as the college’s 2013 Distinguished Baptist Minister. Williams graduates of 50 or more years will also be recognized at the ceremony as WBC’s Golden Eagles. Baccalaureate and commencement are combined as one ceremony at Williams. WBC is a four-year, liberal arts college at Walnut Ridge.
