According to Chief Ernie Rose of the Hardy Fire Department, 67 year old Patricia Arms died in a house fire on Friday. The home, located at 204 Cope Street was a total loss.
According to reports, the fire is believe to have started around the kitchen area, located in the center of the home. Patricia Arms body was discovered near this area. The investigation is still ongoing.
According to the fire department, one firefighter received minor injuries.
