Just before midnight Saturday night, the Lawrence County Dispatch paged the Imboden Volunteer Fire Department to a structure fire in the 300 block of Lawrence 224. Imboden responded with it’s Rescue 3, Rescue 4 and Engine 6.
According to Chief Chris Jones, the structure was completely engulfed when the fire department arrived on scene. The Ravenden and Black Rock Volunteer Fire Departments both responded with engines carrying additional water. The residence was a total loss, neighbors were unsure if the residence was occupied. The cause of the fire was unknown.
AET Ambulance of Imboden responded to the scene, there were no injuries reported.
