Second and third graders at Imboden Area Charter School learn about caterpillars
and how they change.
Ms. Kingery’s second and third graders are learning how caterpillars change
into either moths or butterflies by keeping the caterpillars in small jars and then
transferring them over to a butterfly cage. This project has been going on for
several days and the caterpillars are just starting to change. The children are
excited to watch this transformation and are learning an excellent science lesson.
