The Randolph County Sheriff’s Office is reporting the arrest of Hilton Morgan of the Imboden area. Deputies had been searching for Morgan since October 2010.

While investigating Morgan for Burglary, deputies discovered the components of a meth lab in his home. Morgan was arrested and charged with possession with intent to use and manufacture. Morgan is being held on $20,000.00 Bond.

Randolph County also arrested Timothy Lowry of Ravenden Springs after parole officers and Randolph County Deputies made a compliance check and found coffee filters, lithium batteries, plastic tubing and a notebook with a recipe for meth.

Lowry was read his rights and he stated to officers he was trying to learn chemistry on how to cook meth. He was charged with possession with intent to manufacture meth and is being held on $50,000.00 Bond.
