The Pulaski County Coroner says that 40 to 60 whole and partial heads were found June 9th by a Southwest Airlines employee who called police.

The heads were being shipped by JLS Consulting LLC of Conway to Fort Worth, Texas. Janice Hepler founder of JLS says the heads are to be used for continuing-education programs for physicians.

Although it’s illegal to buy or sell body parts companies may still charge fees for preparing or transporting bodies. The company claims to work with human specimens to produce educational courses.

The Coroner stated that he’s waiting for records showing the heads were legally obtained and being shipped legally. The heads are being stored in the county morgue for now.
