The Sloan-Hendrix Public Schools at Imboden will host an open house/pre-registration for students and parents of Twin Rivers School District on Monday, May 24, from 2 until 7 P.M. in Bill McCurley Gymnasium on the Sloan-Hendrix campus.
Sloan-Hendrix administrators, counselors, and teachers will be available to answer questions regarding student placement in the elementary and middle schools, along with high school course offerings, credits toward graduation, and bus routes.
Kindergarten registration will be conducted at this time as well, and it is requested that parents of students being registered take their child’s birth certificate, Social Security card, and immunization records to aid in the kindergarten registration process.
For students who desire to attend Sloan-Hendrix Public Schools but live outside the district, “Freedom of School Choice†forms will be available. Administrators will also be on hand to make available to patrons a map of the redrawn district lines for viewing.
